Just great This is my second hoop the first one I received, I used for a few days when my daughter had a go and like it. She also notice a difference in my waist and wanted to know what I had been doing, told her about the hoop now she has my hoop hence I had to get another one. I use the hoop most days and I’ve lost an inch from my waist, I was also able to take it on holiday and I went to see my younger sister and she used the hoop and now she has one. My other daughter she felt a differance and her hoop arrived a couple of days ago. The gym I go to is soon to start superhoop classes,in a couple of weeks, so looking foreward to the class. This is a very good core exercise and a lot of fun a little sore when first using and I’ve had a few bruises,but it’s well worth the first few days of pain if that is what you want to call it. When you see your waist line appearing, in just aweek as I did. So if you are just thinking will I or won’t I, just get the hoop and have fun and see your waist line…

Oh yeah! it is intense lol, and you will feel it in your back as well, When I tried it I felt in my lower back, the whole torso get a woorkut from thisfor the next week we are not suppose to role our hips to much as for the first week,so it might be easier to feel it more in the belly for you thenyou are using all your muscles in your torso when you perform hula hoop,and remember to contract your belly all the time when you do it and alsoyour belly will move around just like your hips
