I’ve actually made progress with this too! I’ve been starting to notice the

Does this make my thighs lose fat or does it make my thighs muscular? Cuz I
don’t exactly want them to be muscular, I just wanna lose some of the fat
on my inner thighs.

Or have you guys got any ideas of other workouts that will make me lose fat
on my thighs/hips?

I’ve always been pretty strong because I’ve been training in martial arts
for five years and run often- however those fire hydrant kicks….DEAR LORD

I’ve been doing this routine for a week everyday, sometimes twice and other
times a more intense routine. I feel my legs to be stronger, the pain that
usually follows the exercise the next day is gone :) but I haven’t notice
any difference in size :( my thighs are the same… am I expecting too much
for only a week of work? How long do you think It’ll take me to see any
sort of results?

You’re so hot, beautiful. :D I was almost dying at the fire hydrant kicks
because of the burn. But yeah, it’s working out pretty well. I fractured my
knee a few months back but this workout’s awesome.

Your workouts are too weak…they barely make me sweat….and I do like 5
workouts each 10min….I’m a professional athlete so you can’t say that I’m
not doing it properly…way too weak….-_-….

I tried this in the summer once a day for about 4 days and I saw a BIG
difference. Gonna start this again consistently!

I have a question. So I’m 15 and just started modeling but my thighs are a
little big. I’m 5’10 and wear a size 10 in pants. The thing is I love my
hips. But the inner part of my thighs need to slim down a bit. Any
exercises I can do to slim my thighs but keep my hips?

This is exactly what I was looking for. This will be my every morning
workout till I get the thighs I want. Brand new with this hopefully I stay
consistent because lack of results tends to bring you down. Mind over

Hey I was wondering if you guys have or can make a workout that people can
do if the have knee problems? My friend wants to workout but she can’t do a
lot of these exercises cause it would pop her knee out.

Absolutely loved this workout!!! Fire hydrants are now my fav. As a
sprinter I’m used to pushing through the burn, but that was challenging.
Lots of fun.

This is the first comment I’ve made on YouTube. I must say, these workouts
are great. I’ve been a single mom for 4 years and I have 0 funds for the
gym. My neighbor and I would do the “bye bye muffin top” and “thigh
thinner” daily and we were looking smoking hot in no time. Some people say
they are too weak and they are obviously not pushing themselves to do the
more intense workouts. What I love about Kelseylee is that there are
multiple levels of workouts and she makes me giggle with the commentary. My
son will even get down next to me and do half starfishes and some others. I
love love love this and if no one sees results, they must be in good shape
to begin with. I eat horribly (sweets, all the time, never EVER healthy)
and the workouts have me looking pretty confident in a bikini (minus some
scars from surgeries). Thank you kelseylee and the rest of the xhit

got a question: does this workout (which is great btw) makes your legs
leaner/thinner? i know that this workout tones out your legs but im not
sure if it’ll make them bulky or thinner. somebody answer :)

Do I have to do something more than this? Like, cardio or eating more
vegetables and that stuff or should I only do this and my thighs will get
thinner? Thanks!
