Wow, I remember when I would struggle to finish this routine when I wasn’t
active… I would be drenched in sweat and out of breath… I’ve been doing
lots of cardio for the past three weeks now and I just completed this
routine easily without being out of breath and drenched in sweat. I’m
really proud right now. I’m glad to know that I’m becoming more fit… it
feels great :)

enough to lose weight? (also eating clean ofcourse) bc i did her calendar
for a while but i barley see changes so i’ starting my own plan which is

Oh gosh, I did it two times so far with a few minutes break in between. So
done!!! My face is bright red and my heart feels like it’s going to jump
out of my chest. Gonne try doing it four times though. I want to improve
and lose fat :/ So, here we go!!

I done my first workout this morning and I’ll be honest, I could only do
this once before being drenched in sweat. I’m introducing it slowly (due to
having a broken tail bone) and don’t want to rush it. But it’s a great
workout and I actually did enjoy it :) Which I can say about all of
Cassey’s. Love them!

First time I am doing this routine, and I did it FOUR times! I can hardly
believe myself. But I am BRIGHT red and sweating like a pig. I thought the
jumping jacks were harder than the burpees – unless I wasn’t working hard
enough on the burpees…
