Manda, I suggest doing max reps until total failure. Keep doing sets of
these (when strength training I do 6-8 sets, but thats with 3-5 reps with
max weight and i’m no expert at scissor kicks) with only a very short break
period (id suggest no more than 1 minute tops) When you focus on an area of
muscles you need to hit it hard and fast, if the workout lasts longer than
an hour your doing to much.

QUESTION! why is this one a harder workout when you do the smaller kicks,
but with the figure eights it’s a harder workout when you do the wider
circles.. it’s pretty much the same thing, just the eights have more of a
curve to it. o.O
