Tried for my first time and ended up collapsing mid way through the burpees
:( how often should I do this workout (Im 15, very tall and have decent
arms and legs yet a tad of belly fat) just started working out doing simple
exercises and workouts…

I had gained over 90lbs from medications I was taking. I lost forty of them
