Brilliant exercise bike I ordered this bike from Sweatband on the afternoon of December 23rd 2014, and it arrived before lunch on Christmas Eve, which by my reckoning is great service.

After a shaky start absolutely satisfied with this product I took quite a while to assemble this bike as the instructions were hopeless and you have to guess half the time how to put the bits together! I persevered and finally plugged it in and apart from a seat that just didn’t fit- the ‘computer’ registered E5 which means it is faulty. I wasn’t happy and got straight onto the manufacturer sweatband.com who have a shop in London and complained to the sales guy. I was called back by the manager Jovi within a couple of hours and I was at first offered my money back. I said I wanted a bike that works not my money back and he arranged to have a new seat delivered within a few days and then a new computer. He then sent a technician to make sure they were fitted and worked. I have been overwhelmed by the customer service by this company-now that the bike is working it is really sturdy and well made. The programs are great and it is very good value for money. I have never had such good customer service before and would highly recommend this product…

Got a Sweat On Arrived quickly and easy to assemble. One word of warning make sure the cable that links the screen is in the right way round when you assemble. I had to take the long part at the front off again to turn the cable round. Even with that I found assembly straightforward. Also several plastic parts (that weren’t crucial to getting the bike up and running) were damaged in transit but DKN supplied new bits in the post no problem.Really impressed with this machine get more of a sweat on than I ever did in the gym. Very smooth, very quiet and a nice looking machine, great value for money.
