There is an adjustable manual tension dial for varied workout resistance, and a fully adjustable saddle (both horizontally and vertically), so everyone in the family will be able to find their level of workout. The bike computer monitors time, speed, scan, distance and calories used.The bike also features a 13kg flywheel and wrap around pedals. There are transport wheels to make movement and storage far more practical.

Great trainer for the money. Very simple assembly and plenty of adjustment. This is exactly what I was looking for. An indoor trainer with enough adjustments that could be set up almost identically to either my road or mountain bikes and still be capable of giving a good work out. This bike ticks all of the boxes.Its simple to put together. From boxed to built and riding in around 10 minutes.The manual friction dial has around 36 click positions per rotation and is adjustable from no resistance to having all your weight on one pedal and it ain’t moving so there’s plenty of range to play with.The built in computer (although basic) does everything you’ll need (apart from heart rate) and can be set to a particular setting (speed, distance, time etc) or ‘scan’ where it will cycle through the available readings every few seconds. The speed is shown on the top of the screen with the selected setting below.There are some minor gripes though.The bar angle isnt adjustable and although it is comfortable in its fixed…
