Works like nothing else After years of trying all sorts of exercise, including 4-5 times a week at the gym and 2 years regular kickboxing, I have seen more changes to my body in 4 weeks of doing these exercises than the rest combined. I’m finally in size 10 jeans which feels fab. Mark Lauren strikes me as a knowledgeable expert with minimal ego and his advice is well researched and makes good sense. There are no promises of instant results, but instead realistic goals.Like other reviewers I have found that 30 minutes of exercise 3 times a week in my own home is easy to fit into my routine. And a fair bit of the 30 minutes is resting (honestly). Other people have said it seems like magic and I’d agree. I’ve worked much much harder for fewer results many times before. And I’m making fast progress through the exercises which in itself is motivating as it’s easy to see how far I’ve come. Im pleased also that once I’ve mastered this book i can move on to YAYOG as I bought this a while ago but…
